Frequently asked questions
My progress is missing. What should I do?
Restart the app and confirm you are on the same device and installation. Progress is stored locally — contact support before deleting or reinstalling, as that usually removes your save.
A sponsor reward or boost did not activate.
Check your internet connection and try again. If you used a video ticket, confirm your balance in Shop. Send us the approximate time and a screenshot if it keeps failing.
I purchased ad-free or video tickets but they did not appear.
Use Shop → Restore purchases while signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If nothing restores, email support with your App Store receipt or purchase date.
Why was I asked about tracking or ad consent?
The app may show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and/or Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required by law. You can change ad-related choices later in Player → Settings when available.
Where are cash upgrades? I only see IAP in Shop.
Cash upgrades moved to contextual screens: Career income on Earn, trading desk on the order ticket, market analyst on stock detail, dividend optimizer on Portfolio. See the How to Play guide.
How do I unlock the holding company?
Reach about $100M net worth (investor level 9). The Empire tab then unlocks transfers, HC portfolio, company creation and — later — tender offers on listed stocks. Peak investor level counts — unlock persists if net worth dips later.
What are institutional holders / rival funds?
Three AI rival funds own real shares in listed companies. They reduce how many shares you can buy and may seize majority control. See the How to Play guide. Market Analyst unlocks per-fund detail on stock pages.
Why is my tender offer missing or failing?
You need 30%+ HC stake (and less than 51%), a listed stock (not your own IPO), enough HC cash for the full premium bid, and no rival already at 51%+. Stock the HC treasury before launching.
How do I report a bug?
Email support with steps to reproduce, what you expected and what happened instead.
